Jupiter Backups
Terms of use
Effective when the connection is put into service. Prepared October 23, 2026.
Jupiter Backups is a private server administration connection operated by Bob Bailey for BB Productions.
Permitted use
The connection is intended only for the server owner and authorized administrators to store and manage backups of hosting data they are entitled to handle. It is not a public backup service and does not offer accounts, subscriptions or storage to visitors.
Access to this information website does not grant permission to access the Jupiter server, its hosting accounts, the connected Google account or any backup files.
Backup operation
Backup contents, schedules and retention are controlled by the server administrator through cPanel & WHM. Transfers depend on the availability of the server, network, Google Drive and valid authorization.
A scheduled job or successful upload alone does not establish that every file can be restored. The administrator is responsible for reviewing failures, checking available storage and testing recovery.
Authorization and third-party services
The Google account owner must authorize the connection before it accesses Drive. Access can be revoked through the Google Account's third-party connections settings. Existing backups remain subject to the owner's file removal and retention choices.
Use of Google Drive, Network Solutions hosting and cPanel & WHM remains subject to the applicable providers' terms. These pages do not replace those agreements.
